1. Data we collect

• Profile name (identifier you choose).
• Email address (for login codes).
• Your orders: products, quantities, delivery date and time slot.
• Minimal technical data required to operate (e.g. session token).

2. Why we collect it

• To place and display orders.
• For authentication (sending the login code by email).
• For administration (baker area): delivery schedule, products, confirmations.
• For production and revenue metrics (totals per day/week/month).

3. Where it is stored

Data is stored in AWS infrastructure (e.g. DynamoDB and S3 for images). The app may use localStorage on your device to remember your session and preferences (such as language).

4. Sharing

We do not sell data. We only share it with service providers needed to run the app (AWS), and only as necessary.

5. Retention

We keep data as long as needed for orders and administration, or as required by law. On request, we can delete the profile and related orders (unless legal obligations prevent it).

6. Your rights (GDPR)

• Access, rectification, deletion.
• Restriction / objection.
• Data portability (where applicable).
